Stuart Tosh

Stuart Tosh ( born May 26, 1951 in Aberdeen ) is a British musician.

The drummer played since 1973, first with the band pilot, who had a top hit in the UK with January 1975. Pilot, which were produced by Alan Parsons, 1977 dissolved. Since 1975, however, Tosh also played with at The Alan Parsons Project.

Tosh then moved on to 10cc, who had been dissolved in 1976. But while one part, Godley & Creme were still quite successful, the rest could not build on the earlier successes with the new musicians. 1980 this theme was done for him.

Then he played as a studio musician still in Camel. They had just installed a creative break before Andy Latimer brought this band back to life. With Kit Watkins, Andy Dalby, Chris Rainbow, David Paton and they played the album The Single Factor, which meant a musical break. The band turned more and more from their roots in the Progressive Rock from and devoted himself simpler hits.
