The Studio Fredman is a Swedish music studio. It is Hyssna, in the southwestern Swedish municipality of Mark, about 40 km south-east of Gothenburg. It specializes in recording and mixing and operated by Fredrik Nordström and Henrik Udd. The main clientele consists of metal bands.

History

The Studio Fredman by Fredrik Nordström was founded in 1990 in Gothenburg. Since 2004, he is assisted by Henrik Udd as a producer, who incidentally studied at the University of Piteå Audio Engineering until 2007. In the year 2005/2006 the band In Flames Norstrom bought from the studio premises and founded in the IF Studio. The Studio Fredman was then operated in the following years in the central Swedish town Arboga. After completing his studies in 2007 Udd has been hired as employees. A year later in 2008, the studio in the 600 inhabitants of the community district Hyssna Mark was re- laid in the vicinity of Gothenburg.
