Stymphalus

Stymphalus (Greek Στύμφαλος ) In Greek mythology, the eponymous founder of the city Stymphalus.

He is the son of Elatus and brother of Pereus, according to the Libraries of Apollodorus is his mother Laodice. Plutarch gives as his father Ares and his mother Dormothea. When Pausanias he has the sons Agamedes, Gortyn and Agelaus in Apollodorus the daughter Parthenope.
