Su Shulin

Su Shulin (Chinese苏树林, Pinyin Su Shulin; * 1962 in the district Dong'e, Shandong Province) is a Chinese managers and politicians.

Su studied until 1983 Economic science and engineering at Daqing Petroleum Institute. In 1985 he joined the Communist Party of China (CPC). He earned a master's degree in 1999 at Harbin Institute of Technology in China.

Su Shulin worked for the Chinese oil company PetroChina in the oil fields of Daqing and was eventually 1999-2006 Board member of PetroChina, the largest publicly traded companies in the world. He had from 2002 in the parent company of PetroChina, China National Petroleum Corporation ( CNPC ), the functions as Deputy General Manager, Vice President and member of the leading Firmenparteikommittees. Since 2007-2011 Su was chairman of the Chinese company Sinopec; he was succeeded Fu Chengyu.

He is since 2002 the candidate of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China since 2011 and governor of Fujian Province.
