Subkhiddin Mohd Salleh

Mohd Salleh Subkhiddin ( born November 17, 1966) is a Malaysian football referee, who lives in Parit Buntar. Since 2000 he is an international referee for FIFA.

In 2007 he was selected as a referee for the Junior World Cup in Canada, where he came to use in three games. In the group stage, he managed the game between Panama and Argentina, as well as between Scotland and Costa Rica. In the second round between Chile and Portugal, he referred three players of the field and was there engaged in an extraordinary incident: The Portuguese player Zequinha took the red card out of his hand when he sent his teammate Manu from the square. This led among viewers and sports commentators to great amusement, but also for immediate dismissal of the player.

Mohd Salleh 2008 led, among others, the second leg of the AFC Champions League final between Adelaide United and Gamba Osaka.

Mohd Salleh in 2010 was chosen as a referee for the soccer World Cup, but managed not a game. Instead he was eight times as fourth official in use.

In January 2011, he arrived at the Asian Cup in Qatar to use and directed the group matches Bahrain - India ( 5:2 ), North Korea - United Arab Emirates ( 0-0) and Iraq - North Korea ( 1-0). He was also in the quarterfinal match between Qatar and Japan ( 2:3 ) were used. At his side stood by his compatriot Mohd Sabri Mat Daud and the Chinese Mu Yuxin.
