Suddendorf is a district of the city Schüttorf district Bentheim in Lower Saxony.

History

The name of Suddenlink village comes from the former name Zudendorpe, which arises from the location south of Schuettorf. Sudden village has about 1000 inhabitants, spread over several settlements and farms. By 2011, Suddendorf was an independent municipality in the Schüttorf.

Due to the growing debt burden of the municipality of Sudden Strand Council on 6 January 2010, the Schüttorfer Council on 20 January 2010, the annexation decided in the city Schüttorf. The incorporation took place on 1 November 2011.
