Sue Goffe

Sue Goffe, born Susan L. Paxton ( born 1964 in Chorley, Lancashire ) is a British film producer.

Life

Born in North West England Sue Goffe grew up in London, but went to Ripon in North Yorkshire to school. She studied at the College in Brighton and started as a gofer at the studio aka in London. She was working in advertising and worked in 2003 Marc Crastes short animated film Jo Jo in the Stars for the first time as a producer. Together with Craste she received a BAFTA for best short animated film; 2009 was followed by a BAFTA nomination in the same category for pests and honored with the BAFTA Children 's Award found for the animated film penguin. Her biggest success was the production of Grant Orchards short animated film A Morning Stroll, for which she for the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film was nominated together with Orchard and again received a BAFTA for Best Short Animated Film.
