Sugar River (Wisconsin)

The Sugar River is a left tributary of the Pecatonica River in the U.S. states of Wisconsin and Illinois.

The Sugar River flows through the south-central Wisconsin in a south-southeast direction. He passed the places Belleville, Albany and Brodhead, crossed the border to Illinois and ends shortly thereafter in the Pecatonica River, just before its confluence with the Rock River in Rockton. The Sugar River has a length of 146 km. Its catchment area covers 1971 km ². Larger tributaries of the Sugar River are West Branch Sugar River and Little Sugar River.
