Sugarcult

Sugarcult is a punk band from Santa Barbara, California ( USA), whose music is influenced by the style of the 1970s. The name ' Sugarcult ' comes from a group of lesbians who lived across the lead singer Tim Pagnotta.

Tim Pagnotta met the ex- drummer Ben Davis, who was still playing bass, during a break at school. They started to play together until Tim " Airin Older ," another classmate got to. Ben took over the drums and Airin played the bass. The guitarist " Marko 72" was brought to a concert of the band Superdrag by Tim in the band. The two met because they wore the same clothes Marko was included in the band without Tim heard him ever play.

In 2003, drummer Ben Davis left the band, he was replaced by Kenny Livingstone, the drummer of the band Lefty.
