Sule Skerry is a flat, grassy and uninhabited island in the North Atlantic west of the Scottish Orkney Islands. The island has an area of 16 acres, and reaches a height of 12 meters.
On the north coast of the small Sule Skerry (English Skerry ) is since 1895 the 27 meter high lighthouse Sule Skerry Lighthouse, which automates only since 1982 and is uninhabited.
About 10 kilometers south-west of Sule Skerry is the smaller rocky island Sule Stack, a vegetation-free 36 -meter-high rock pinnacle. Both islands are located on the Skerry Bank, an otherwise submarine survey.
Both islands are part of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, which is known as " Sule Skerry and Sule Stack".
