Sulili

Sulili is the 27th king of the Assyrian King List, the first king of the third dynasty. Except his name nothing about him is known. Since the 30th king of the king list, Puzur - Ashur is known from inscriptions of his grandson I. Ilu - šuma, there is a certain probability that Sulili is historic. Whether, however, he really reigned as king, is unclear. His followers call themselves continuously only patesi ( governor ) of Ashur.
