Sülze (Werra)

The aspic is a 12.4 km long left tributary of the River Werra southwest of Meiningen in Thuringia. It rises at an altitude of 400 m southeast of the 639 meter high Neuberg in the community Rhönblick near Stedtlingen and is among other things fed from the northwest subsequent Petersee Moor.

The river first flows between Hermannsfeld and Haselbach through after Sülzfeld. It winds above 6.8 km through Sülzfelder and Niedersülzfelder hallway before he passed opens into the Werra on the district Meiningen on Stillhof fluent Untermaßfeld below. Between Sülzfeld and the mouth into the Werra a portion of the B 19 was in the Valley of aspic, which was downgraded in 2005 to the country road.

The creek feeds with its water ponds at Untermaßfeld that are managed by the local fish farming. Also, the stream in the district Sülzfeld and Meiningen is managed by the Untermaßfelder fish farmers.
