Sumio Mabuchi

Sumio Mabuchi (Japanese马 渊 澄 夫, Mabuchi Sumio, born August 23, 1960 in Nara, Nara Prefecture) is a Japanese politician of the Democratic Party, Member of the Shūgiin, of the House for the first constituency Nara and former transport minister. Within the party he belongs to no faction.
