The State University Sumqayıt ( Azerbaijani: Sumqayıt Dövlət Universiteti ) is a university in the Azerbaijani city Sumqayıt.

History

Originally founded in 1961, a branch of the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, was the establishment in 1992 as " Azerbaijani Industry Institute " on its own, and was renamed in 2000 to the State University.
