Sumter National Forest

The Sumter National Forest is a National Forest in north-western U.S. state of South Carolina, at the southern tip of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The 1936 designated forest covers an area of 1499 km ². He is a National Forest of two in South Carolina, the other is the Francis Marion National Forest.
