Sun Ben

Sun Ben (Chinese孙 贲), style name boyang (伯阳; * 172, † 208), was a general under Sun Jian and his successors at the time of the Three Kingdoms in ancient China.

He was the elder son of Sun Jian's twin brother Sun Qiang (孙 羌, farm name Shengtai圣 台) and fought from 190 with his uncle against Dong Zhuo. After Sun Jian's death, he took over a part of its troops and served together with his cousin Sun Ce the warlord Yuan Shu. At the conquest of the Wu Territory, he also followed him and served from 200 Sun Quan. After the Battle of Chibi, he fell ill and died.

Sun Ben left behind five sons, one of which made ​​a lot of her father as generals all honor. One of his daughters married Cao Cao's son Cao Zhang.
