The expression Sunrise Period or privilege phase refers to a period during the introduction of a new top -level domain or second-level domain in which the registration of domain names is exclusively holders of trademarks reserved. Through this phase of the introduction is to prevent that domains are protected by trademarks on behalf of individuals and by the respective company must be regained only in court ( cybersquatting ).
