RSVCD (short for RoBa - SVCD from Robshot & Bach ) is a method for encoding of MPEG -2 files, which guarantees a predetermined minimum quality and at the same time make optimal use by variable bit rate coding of the available space. The RSVCD is the SVCD standard compliant.
