The arteria labialis superior ( " upper lip artery ") is an artery of the head to supply the upper lip.

The arteria labialis superior originates in the area of ​​the mouth angle of the facial artery. It passes through the orbicularis oris and runs through tortuous along the edge of the upper lip. There it supplies the skin and mucous membrane of the lip, the lip glands and the orbicularis oris.
