Supreme Assembly (Uzbekistan)

Oliy Majlis ( Uzbek Cyrillic Олий мажлис, German Supreme Assembly) is the parliament in the bicameral system in Uzbekistan.

The Parliament is located in the capital Tashkent. Since 2005, the Parliament consists of a two-chamber system. The House consists of 150 members who are elected for five years.

The strongest parties have since the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan as president of the party and the pro-government People's Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.
