Supreme Court of Finland

The Supreme Court of Finland (Finnish Korkein oikeus, Swedish Högsta domstolen ) is the last instance of the general courts in Finland. In addition, there is a supreme administrative court ( Korkein hallinto- oikeus ). The President and the other members of the Court are appointed by the President of the Republic.
