Supreme People's Court

The Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China (中华人民共和国 最高人民法院) is the highest court in the People's Republic of China. It is responsible for monitoring the jurisdiction of the Chinese People's Courts of all instances. The People's Court is the National People's Congress of the report required to Members, Vice Presidents and the President of the Court shall be appointed by the National People's Congress.
