Susan Anspach

Susan Anspach ( born November 23, 1942 in New York City ) is an American stage and film actress.

Anspach was born in 1942 in New York and grew up in Queens. In 1960 she graduated from William Cullen Bryant High School in Long Iceland City. She starred in various Broadway shows starring roles, including hair and a performance of The Actors Studio with Al Pacino. You first acquired as a counterpart of Jack Nicholson, the father of her son, in Five Easy Pieces importance. A reporter for The New York Times, Vincent Canby called it " one of the most graceful and talented actresses in America."

As a stage actress, she played off Broadway in A View from the Bridge opposite Robert Duvall, Jon Voight and Dustin Hoffman. In her career she has appeared in nineteen feature films and eight television films and two television series.
