Susan Harris

Susan Harris ( born October 28, 1940 in Mount Vernon, New York) is an American screenwriter.

Large notoriety she received especially by your contribution as a screenwriter of the U.S. cult series The Golden Girls. Altogether she wrote 77 of 180 screenplays for og Television series, which she took great influence on the essential acts of the series. Over the past 40 years, Susan Harris was involved in a number of major sitcom formats in the U.S. as a screenwriter and thus strengthened the foundation for the largest independent television production companies in the United States.

She is married to screenwriter Paul Junger Witt. My last project to date as a screenwriter is from the year 1993 for the TV series Brighton Belles.

She is currently working on other community projects in her production company, Witt / Thomas / Harris TV Production Company.
