Susanne Georgi

Susanne Georgi ( born July 27, 1976 as Susanne Jonah -Lynn Georgi ) is a Danish singer. She lives for 13 years, in the small Pyrenean state of Andorra.

Career

Together with her sister Pernille she founded first the duo SuPer - Sisters ( "Su " for Susanne, "Per " for Pernille ). Together they wanted to participate for Denmark at the Euro Vision Song Contest 1991. Participants rules written but before that the performers must be at least 16 years old. Susanne was but only 15

Between 1995 and 2007 Me & My publish at least four albums and reached Fly high eighth of the Danish charts.

In 2007, she also participated in Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2007, the Danish preliminary decision to Euro Vision Song Contest. With Two are stronger than one, this was the favorite of the betting offices, but the achieved it only the 6th Place

Euro Vision Song Contest 2009

In 2009 she took part for their new home on Andorra Euro Vision Song Contest. A jury composed of its title Get a life was selected as one of three preliminary contributions. Since, however, had to be sung in Catalan all the tracks, its title was translated into Catalan and is now called La teva desició to German: your decision.

During the actual decider Passaport a Moscou Georgi could clearly qualify with 47% of the jury and with 66% of the televoting votes for Moscow. But Georgi retired in Moscow in the first semi-final of the Euro Vision Song Contest.
