Susanne Ljungskog

Susanne Ljungskog ( born March 16, 1976 in Halmstad ) is a Swedish former professional cyclist. She took four times at the Olympics in part (1996, 2000, 2004 and 2008) and won the 2002 and at the 2003 UCI Road World Championships.

In 2002 she was awarded the Svenska Dagbladet Gold Medal -. In May 2010 Ljungskog announced that she would be retiring from professional sport. The reason they called the diagnosis hemochromatosis ( a metabolic disorder, dt: iron storage disease).
