Sushki

Baranki (Russian баранки ), also called Suschki are a Russian snack.

The hard baked donuts from about 4 to 12 cm in diameter are sometimes covered with poppy or sesame seeds. Baranki taste slightly sweet, there are also variants with vanilla or nut flour. In addition to Gingerbread ( also known as Prjaniki in Russia) are Baranki the traditional pastries for tea.
