Susumu Hirasawa

Susumu Hirasawa (Japanese平 沢 进, Hirasawa Susumu, born April 2, 1954 in Kanto, Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese electropop - artist.

Biography

In 1972 he enrolled at Tokyo Designer Gakuin College. From 1972 to 1978, he began his musical career with the band Mandrake, who played progressive rock. In 1979 he founded the Technopop band P- Model, along with two former members of Mandrake. The band released numerous albums since 1980. After the band temporarily, starting on December 1988 ceased its activities, Susumu began with the release of solo works since 1989. 1992 P- Model was reactivated and published with slightly different style many new albums before the band finally broke up in 1999. Since 2004, the artist appears under the name of Kaku P- Model, which is a solo continuation of P- Model.
