Sven-Olof Lundgren

Sven -Olof Lundgren ( born November 3, 1908 in Örnsköldsvik, † March 26, 1946 ) was a Swedish ski jumper.

Lundgren, who started for the IF Friska Viljor, won in 1928 with the team its first Swedish championship title. Shortly thereafter, he started for Sweden at the first Olympic Winter Games in 1928 in the Swiss St. Moritz. After jumps on 48 and 59 meters, he finished fifth overall at the end of the normal hill. The following year, he won at the Swedish Championship again with the team and was at the same time winner in the individual competition. With this single title, he was also the first national champion of his club.
