On January 12, 1965, the city Pionerski ( Neukuhren ) and the settlement Soviets Primorje ( United Kuhren ) and Jantarny ( Palvininkai ) were the Swetlogorsker city Soviet regime ( so-called Swetlogorsker Spa Industry Zone, rus. On 22 March 1993, the city Pionerski was removed from this association again and independently within the oblast.

On 15 April 1994 this (residual) association was in the urban district of Swetlogorsk ( Светлогорский городской округ, Swetlogorski Gorodskoi okrug ) converted.
