OJSC Svyazinvest, Russia's largest telecommunications company with headquarters in Moscow. As a holding company belonging to Svyazinvest several telecommunications companies. The company is a state- owned enterprise. Sections were privatized in the late 1990s and brought to the market. The company is under the symbol " SSA" on the London Stock Exchange, under the symbol " AFKS " on the Russian Trading System (RTS), under the symbol " AFKC " at the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange ( MICEX ), and under the symbol " SIST " on the Moscow Stock Exchange listed at (MSE ).

Svyazinvest was founded in November 1994.
