Åšwietliki

Świetliki is a Polish ( underground ) rock band that combines experimental music with lyrical words.

Emerged the group whose German name " firefly " means, in October 1992 from the Krakow student combo Trupa Wertera Utrata. Initiator, singer / reciter and lyricist is the Polish poet and journalist Marcin Świetlicki. The first panel, entitled Ogród koncentracyjny (concentration Garden ) been followed by four more CDs and three EPs. In a way, connect the performances of the group to which the well-known film actor Bogusław Linda belongs since 2005, elements of blues, rock, punk and hip-hop with forms of poetry slams. Some members of the group occurred since 2002 within the framework of the project Czarne Ciasteczka.
