The Swiss German University ( SGU short ) is a government - sponsored private university in Bumi Serpong Damai ( BSD City ), Indonesia. The University was founded in 2000 with the help of a German bank in Baden- Württemberg. Meanwhile, about 1,000 students studying at the HSE. You will receive a double degree of SGU and either the University of Konstanz, or professional school south.
Organization
The HSE is headed by a Rector, belong to the next to the rector two vice-rectors, and that is the Board of Trustees responsible. The university is organized into four faculties that correspond to the study program.
Courses
All listed courses are completed in eight semesters with a bachelor's degree. It is exclusively taught in English, and each student has a second language, German or Mandarin, select. In all courses of study two practical semesters are inserted. The first practical phase the student spends in a company in Indonesia, while the second phase will be completed abroad.

The HSE is supported by various academic institutions from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Indonesia. This is also reflected in the composition of the governing bodies of the University.
