Swiss Institute of Comparative Law

The Swiss Institute of Comparative Law SIR, ( French: Institut suisse Comparative Law ( ISDC ), English: Swiss Institute of Comparative Law ) is an independent federal institution with headquarters in Lausanne, which has among its tasks, legal opinions on foreign law for the federal courts to create and Private.
