Swiss Institute of Comparative Law

The Swiss Institute of Comparative Law SIR, ( French: Institut suisse Comparative Law ( ISDC ), English: Swiss Institute of Comparative Law ) is an independent federal institution with headquarters in Lausanne, which has among its tasks, legal opinions on foreign law for the federal courts to create and Private. Activity

The Institute provides information to foreign and international law, private international law and public international law, European law by answering inquiries from individuals, lawyers, notaries, courts and administrations in the form of legal opinion or comparative studies.
