Synthese

The magazine is published regularly synthesis philosophical journal. Editors are currently Otávio Bueno, Vincent F. Hendricks, Wiebe van der Hoek and Gila Sher. Jaakko Hintikka Publisher honor is, to the editorial board include the logician, Johan van Benthem and Peter Gärdenfors. As the subtitle says, " an International Journal for Epistemology, Methodology and Philosophy of Science", published synthesis mainly work in the areas of epistemology, methodology and philosophy of science. Subject are focused on methodological problems in the natural sciences such as the induction, the probability of causality theory, statistics and formal logic, but also from linguistics and ethics.

Under the Special section Knowledge, Rationality and Action to research reports and discussions are the formal declaration of rational action
