Syringoma
The Syringoma ( syn. Hidradenoma, adenoma sudoriparum ) ( adenoma of the sweat gland ductal intraepithelial ) is a rare, benign ( benign ) tumor of the sweat glands of the skin. Tissue of origin are eccrine sweat glands.
The Syringoma presents as skin-colored to yellowish papule of up to 5 mm in size and occurs mainly in the facial area and in the area of the vulva. Syringomas occur in the majority among young people, women are affected more often than men.
