Syrniki

Syrniki (Russian Сырники, Belarusian Сырнікі, Ukrainian Сирники / Syrnyky, also Tworoschniki, творожники called ) are fried dumplings made ​​of quark dough. The Court derives from the Russian or Ukrainian cuisine and is similar in preparation to the Saxon Quarkkäulchen.
