Szécsény

Szécsény [se ː ː ɲ tʃe ] is a small town in northern Hungary on the river Ipoly ( Eipel ) and the center of the small area Szécsény.

The city lies near the border with Slovakia. It is known that baroque palace Forgáčs.

In the district Benczúrfalva is the grave of the famous Hungarian artist Gyula Benczúr.
