Szondi-Test

The Szondi Test ( after its inventor Leopold Szondi ) is a deep psychological test for the diagnosis of the engine structure in the sense of destiny analysis. It is a projective test and is based on portraits, which are to be ordered by sympathy and antipathy. The Szondi test shows the unconscious needs but also the character and personality of the subject. Is used, the test mainly in vocational and career guidance but also in the fate analytic psychotherapy. As usual in projective test, the validity of the test method is not empirically verifiable.

First, the Tested selects images each series, the most sympathetic and most unpleasant portrait of him ( front -goers ). The selected portraits form the material for further selection series, are again the most likable and most unpleasant selected in the (background -goers ). The people shown Leopold Szondi has collected over years of work in psychiatric hospitals. Through his choice of the subject shows his sympathy or antipathy for the instinctual structure of the people pictured.
