Taare Zameen Par (Hindi: तारे ज़मीन पर Tare Zamīn par; Urdu: تارے زمین پر; alternative title: Taare Zameen Par - Every Child is Special) is a Hindi film made in 2007, and the directorial debut of actor Aamir Khan. Both the critics and commercially the film is a success and has been awarded important prizes.
Action
The eight year old Ishaan has great difficulty in school. In each subject he gets bad grades and is once again facing the question of whether he ever creates the third class, which he visited for the second time. The teachers are desperate and punish him to hope for improvement.
Even at home, the parents know no further. His father leads the poor grades back to laziness and just calling him out. For him, it is incomprehensible that on the one hand, his older son Yohan is the best in class and always Ishaan school failed in every respect. Nevertheless, the mother tries to practice with him.
But it does not help and the visit to the Rector ends with the decision to put Ishaan to a boarding school. Here it is with Ishaan, who can not cope with the separation of his parents, even worse. Worse, Ishaan is his only skill on: painting, because it's got a little artist.
As the art substitute teacher Ram Shankar Nikumbh learns of this, he is shocked and looks for reasons for this problem. In Ishaans exercise books, he finds the answer to his questions. He suffers from dyslexia in the form of dyslexia ( reading and spelling weakness ). This issue brings parents closer Ram Ishaans that are very shocked and worry about his future.
Now Ram wants to support Ishaan and teach him how to read and write playfully. After some time, you can also see the first results. Even Ram wants to help him get out of his position as an outsider and invites all classmates and teachers on a painting competition. Finally Ishaan wins the competition and gets deserves the recognition of his talent.
