Tabanac

Tabanac is a French wine-growing municipality in the Gironde department in the region of Aquitaine. History

The municipal area were evidence of settlements from the Neolithic period ( 5500-2200 BC) and from the Gallo -Roman period (52 BC to 486 AD) found. From the 11th century was the seat of a Tabanac Seigneurie. The territory was divided into several fiefs in the Middle Ages and was under the Prévôté Entre -deux -Mers.

Culture and sights
