Taben-Rodt
Tabbing -Rodt is a municipality in the Trier -Saar castle in Rhineland- Palatinate. It belongs to the municipality Saar castle. Tabbing -Rodt is a nationally recognized tourist.
Geography
Tabbing -Rodt located in the core zone " Saartal - Leukbachtal " of the Saar -Hunsrück. In the south the city borders to the Saarland.
In the district of Hamm, the so-called Little Saar loop is ( in contrast to the known [ Great ] Saar loop [ at Mettlach ] ).
The hamlet tabbing -Rodt includes the residential places Forstgut Hundscheid, Heidberg, Käsgewann, Lohmühle and Saar Hausen.
History
As a landmark of the town is considered the 15th-century legendary Michael chapel, high above the Saar allows on steep rocks a look at the close Saar Valley.
