Table of organization and equipment
The strength and Ausrüstungsnachweisung ( Stan) determines which staff (thickness and composition by functions and training) and material (eg vehicles, equipment and consumables) are set out in departments, units and organizations as scheduled equipment.
Use is the standard in the army, the Agency for Technical Relief and various charities. It also gave them the Civil Protection, the air raid and Forum for the Civil Defence Corps.
Bundeswehr
In the army, there was until the beginning of the transformation so-called F- Stan, Stan V and FV- Stan. F stands for peace, V for defense. An F- Stan was only valid in the peace and exist for example for training companies that performed only the General basic training of recruits or for schools. Had the defense case had been proclaimed, units with F- Stan would have been deactivated. Been activated, however, would be units with V- stan, which existed only in the V case, in peace but not. These were all non-active military units, whose staff consisted of (mob ) scheduled reservists. Units with FV- Stan existed both in peace and in the V- case. This was especially the case with the Army most units. Personnel and material (if it was not already present and stored ) of the V - Stan had to be convened material of the F- Stan would have been delivered or stored.
Currently there are in the army for most of the units on the resolution of the non-active military units only one Stan. Certain posts are then expressed as a reinforcing post (V -DP) have been scheduled for the reservists. Civil Protection
By 1997, the civil protection in trains, groups and institutions was divided, their size and equipment in the strength and Ausstattungsnachweisungen for the units and disaster relief organizations were listed. However, these provisions are no longer valid since the enactment of the law for the reorganization of the civil defense ( ZSNeuOG ) on 25 March 1997.
All the requirements set by state law for civil protection units take over then the task of protecting the population in the case of defense. For this purpose receive units of the areas of fire protection, NBC protection, medical service and support additional features.
