Table tennis at the 2004 Summer Olympics

The XXVIII. Four competitions 2004 Olympic Games in Athens were fought in table tennis. Venue was the Galatsi Olympic Hall.

Competition mode

All competitions shall be played in KO system on four winning sets. The bronze medal is played.

In each individual association may enter a maximum of three players. The first 16 players of the seedings begin in round three, which ranks 17 to 32 of the seedings go into round two. The draw will be taken to ensure that athletes from a bandage play as late as possible against each other.
