Tachibana (Fukuoka)

Tachibana (Japanese立 花 町, machi ) was a town in the district Yame in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. On February 1, 2010, she united with Kurogi, Hoshino and Yabe the municipality YAME.

The municipality has 10,781 inhabitants (as of 1 November 2009). The area is 86.64 km ² and the population density is about 124 persons per km ².
