Tackesdorf
Tackesdorf is a municipality in the district of Rendsburg -Eckernförde in Schleswig -Holstein. Tackesdorf - North and South - Tackesdorf lie in the municipality. Between both the North Sea-Baltic Canal runs.
Geography and transport
The village is located about 26 km east of heath and 30 km southwest of Rendsburg on the Kiel Canal.
History
The town was settled in 1904 as part of the cultivation of the riding Moors and is named after Bruno Tacke, promoted the bog cultivation. Since 1927 Tackesdorf is an independent municipality.
Policy
Of the seven seats in the municipal council voters Community KWG has a 2013 six seats and a single candidate for the local elections.
Economy
The municipal area is predominantly agricultural. However, it is also present tourism.
