Tagoloan River

The Tagoloan ( eng.: Tagoloan River ) is a river that flows in the province of Bukidnon and Miami's Oriental in the Philippines. Its source originates in the Tago mountain range in about 2000 meters above sea level on the island of Mindanao. The river empties into the municipality Tagoloan in the Mindanaosee. The Tagoloan has a length of 106 km and a catchment area of 1778 km ², which includes amongst others the communities Impasug -ong, Manolo Fortich, Sumilao and Malitbog be counted. Its main tributaries are the Manolo Fortich, the Siloo, the Ipaon and Calamuan. These have their headwaters in partial Kitanglad Mountains.

The Tagoloan flows to its headwaters in a narrow, very winding canyon -like valley that winds through some plateaus. After the confluence with its main tributaries on the border with the province of Misamis Oriental the river will continue.
