Taheyya Kariokka

Tahiyya Kariokka (Arabic تحية كاريوكا ) also Tahiya Mohamed, alternative spellings, among other Tahiya Karioka, Taheya Cariocca, Tahia Carioca and Tahiya Carioka ( born: Badaweya Mohamed Kareem Al Nirani ), ( born February 22, 1919 in Ismailia, † September 20 1999 in Cairo ) was an Egyptian belly dancer and actress. She began her career as a dancer at Badia Masabni group and then worked his way slowly to the solo dancer high.

Tahiyya was married 14 times; among whom were the famous actor and playwright Fayez Halawa Rushdy Abaza has adopted a daughter ( Atiyat Allah).

Tahiyya died on 20 September 1999 of a heart attack.
