Taikang County

District Taikang (Chinese太康县, Pinyin Taikang Xiàn ) is a county in Henan province, which belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Zhoukou. Taikang has an area of ​​1761 km ² and has 1.35 million inhabitants.

The Confucian Temple of Taikang ( Taikang Wenmiao太康 文庙) is since 2006 on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China ( 6-656 ).
