Taipei International Marathon
The Taipei International Marathon is a marathon, to be held in Taipei in December. He is being hosted by the city of Taipei and the Chinese Taipei Road Running Association. The program also includes a half marathon and a 10 - km run.
History
Marathons with international participation were intermittently discharged in Taipei since the 1980s. In 2002, the city and the organizers to hold two marathons a year, the Taipei Expressway Marathon held in March and a city marathon at the end. From 2004 to 2008, ING was the title sponsor, in 2009 took over the Taipei Fubon Bank this role.
